Pausetrack is a personalised health tracking app focusing on symptoms of peri-menopause that women often experience from their 40s onwards (and sometimes younger!).
Women can track multiple symptoms (including periods, sleep, moods, weight) and interventions (such as medication, exercise or lifestyle changes).
Women experiencing symptoms of peri-menopause often don’t understand what is happening to them or how to deal with it.
Pausetrack solves this problem by helping users to track, visualise and understand their symptoms.
This in turn helps to facilitate conversation and access to support and interventions, as well as self-care.
Pausetrack allows you to record what is important to you, including adding notes. You can review this in detail later, or in a colour coded calendar or graphic reports. Looking back at your health in this way can help you to make sense of your symptoms.
Pausetrack collects your data about symptoms and interventions, makes it anonymous and does analysis so that we can work out what works best for the population of peri- menopause. We hope to use this data to inform future research, policy and practice.
